The modern event location wolke19 in the Ares Tower offers you 3 levels that are compact and clearly connected. On the 19th floor there is a cloakroom and registration area with a TV and, on request, a somewhat separate part with 2 meeting rooms, 40m² and 80m², ideal breakout rooms or simply space to withdraw and work, for interviews, press conferences, meetings prior or after your event!
Our largest event room, the Sky Hall on the 20th floor with 220m², is equipped with a high-quality sound system, 2 powerful projectors and stage lights. Theater seating for lecture events, panel discussions and general meetings (from 30 to around 180 people can be easily implemented), a U-shaped table for conferences and meetings (around 50 participants), classroom seating for training courses (around 80 people) and gala seating for Christmas parties and anniversary celebrations (from 50 to around 180 people) are just as possible as various workshops and team building events set-ups.
The adjoining 100m² foyer area can be used for buffets and coffee breaks at bar tables, as well as an exhibition area. Our staircase in the foyer connects the 20th floor with the 70m² sky lobby, the bar area and the 120m² terrace with a breathtaking view over the city. Our catering partners pamper your guests with culinary delights, whether it's a business lunch or an atmospheric end to an interesting evening with networking.
Our more than 20 years of experience in event management makes it possible to be at your side as a competent contact person in the conception, planning, organization and implementation of your event.
The meeting rooms on the 19th floor can be a refuge for our bride and groom or our birthday child on the one hand, and an artist's dressing room for a band or playing ground for your little guests on the other. Before you go to the 20th floor, there is a cloakroom area and in front of the staircase you can present the guest book, set up a photo box and greet your loved ones personally.
A few stairs higher is the Sky Hall, where we can place our round gala tables and chairs according to your wishes, from 50 guests to around 150-160 people, with a dance floor and a screen for a slide show on request.
In the adjoining foyer area there is enough space for your gift table, for buffets with live cooking and a wedding or birthday cake.
Our weddings take place on the 21st floor. With registrars or free speakers, if the weather is nice, outdoors on our spacious terrace or indoors. Your guests can enjoy a delicious aperitif at a height of 80m, take selfies and group photos and discover Vienna's sights.
After dinner, the Sky Lobby becomes a party area! Your guests can simply stroll up one level, dance exuberantly, enjoy cocktails at the bar and party until the early hours of the morning.
